Adult Programs

At PeakTennis we offer private lessons as well a fantastic range of group coaching programs for adults that combines tennis, fitness and fun into one.  We cater for any age or ability, whether you are a complete beginner or more advanced/league player.  Please see the group coaching programs below.  For private lessons please contact us at peaktennisperth@gmail.com to find an available slot that suits your schedule.

Cardio Tennis       

 A fun, social, energetic group tennis fitness class for people of all ages and abilities.  Involves a high calorie burn and great workout to music.  Run by one of our experienced coaches this class involves tennis drills and cardio workouts so you get the gym and tennis in one!

Classes run for one hour and are a drop-in class so don’t worry if you can’t commit to every week you can just come along whenever you can.

Social Match Play        

Organised matches depending on skill level.  Test out your abilities in a fun social environment.

Adult beginners        

This ever so popular adult beginners course incorporates a maximum of 6 to 8 students per class enabling the coach to give you all the technical attention required in learning tennis.  Maximise your involvement in learning the modern techniques of each individual tennis shot.  Forehand, backhand, volley’s, smashes and serving are all covered, as well as sufficient practical or realistic situations on the tennis court

Ladies morning       

Ladies, improve your game in this all ladies 1-hour long group coaching session.  We aim to keep things simple here, focusing on particular weaknesses and developing strong double tactics for these seeking to improve their pennants performance.

Drop-in Training       

If you want to keep to keep fit and hit a lot of balls in a fun and sociable setting, our drop-in training is the program for you.

These sessions are run by one of our coaches, the coach will lead you through drills and give you various coaching tips along the way.

You must be a competent player to participate in Drop-in Training.
